ADVISORY: STAGE 3 FIRE RESTRICTIONS IN EFFECT in response to prolonged dry conditions and increased wildfire activity until further notice. All fires will be prohibited unless contained in an elevated stove using only propane, natural gas, gas, or electricity. No charcoal fires are allowed. Also, New Jersey has declared a Statewide Drought Warning. NJ is urging residents to conserve water.

2021 FRANKLIN DAY FESTIVAL-CANCELLED

The 2021 Franklin Day Festival has been cancelled due to the growing rate of COVID-19 cases within the Township. The festival is the largest recreational event hosted by the Township and conditions will continue to be monitored to determine the feasibility of safely offering the event next year.
