Let’s help you get "centered". Instructors from the Somerset County YMCA will lead you through a series of poses that will build strength, flexibility and lengthen your muscles. Meditation and relaxation will conclude your workout. We recommend you consult your physician prior to starting any fitness program. Registration opens at 8:30am on 12/19/22.
