Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. Taught by a certified instructor from the YMCA. Please wear sneakers and bring a bottled water. We recommend that you consult with your physician prior to starting any fitness class . Registration opens on 
June 17th at 8:30am in person and online.
