Grades 1-3 (Ages 6-8) meets from 9:00 - 9:45am
Grades 4-6 (Ages 9-11) meets from 10:00 - 10:45am

This program focuses on the fundamentals of athletic performance and physical activity for children ages 6 and older. Classes are designed to incorporate linear speed drills, agility, functional movement, and injury prevention (strength and flexibility). Participants will perform a variety of exercises to help improve overall fitness and athletic performance.
