 Public Hearing Notice on Catalpa Park

The Township Council of the Township of Franklin will be holding a public hearing to receive community input regarding the potential development of Catalpa Park, a 104.92 acre tract, which is located at 15 Old Vliet Road in Franklin Park on land known as Block 20.02, Lot 8.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Building, located at 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset, NJ.

The proposed development will allow for a total of two cricket grounds, six tennis courts, two park/picnic pavilions, one set of restrooms, one set of playground equipment, walking trails, and two parking areas. A copy of the concept design is available at the Recreation Office at 505 DeMott Lane, Somerset, NJ for review.
