The Office of Vital Statistics maintains records of all births, marriages and deaths occurring in the Township of Franklin. Records of civil unions and domestic partnerships are also maintained. Certified copies are available for a small fee. Anyone wishing to apply for a license or obtain certified copies of records should call first before coming in.
