On December 10, 2013, the Township Council adopted an ordinance which transferred the responsibility of ethics complaints to the State of New Jersey, Local Finance Board.  Effective January 1, 2014, there is no longer a Franklin Township Municipal Ethics Board. Below is information regarding how to file an ethics complaint against a Franklin Township local government officer or employee.
