    Taught by Certified Personal Trainers & Group Exercise Instructors from Parker Health Group

    Mondays and Wednesdays, July 12th - September 20th 9:30 - 10:00 AM

    Join us for this free virtual program, twice a week for 30 minutes. The physical activity will encompass ROM (Range of Motion), flexibility, stretching, and lower body exercises performed in a seated position for safety. All participants must register in advance and complete the online waivers in order to participate. Registered participants will receive the login prior to the start of class.  We recommend that you consult with your physician prior to starting any new fitness program.
