Flu shots will be available to adults 18+

Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines will be available to eligible residents

Moderna:

1st and 2nd Doses: Individuals 18 years and older

3rd doses: Individuals who are moderately or severely immunocompromised
and have received their second dose at least 28 days ago.

Pfizer-BioNTech:

1st and 2nd Doses: Individuals 12 years and older

3rd Doses: Individuals who are moderately or severely immunocompromised and have received their second dose at least 28 days ago.

BOOSTERS: Individuals who have received 2 doses of their initial series at least 6 months ago and are:
• 65+,
• 18+ who live in long-term care settings, or
• 18+ with underlying medical conditions or who live/work in high-risk exposure settings

FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
