Let’s help you get “centered”  all while seated in a chair. Instructors from the Somerset County YMCA will lead you  through a series of poses that will build strength, flexibility, and lengthen your muscles.  Meditation and relaxation will conclude your workout.  We recommend that you consult with your physician prior to starting any fitness program.  Registration opens at 8:30am on 12/19/22.
