This program is for current and potential tenants. The webinar will cover New Jersey’s affordable housing program, how to apply and where to locate units, as well as Fair Housing protections including the Fair Chance in Housing Act, Credit, Federal and State housing programs, search techniques, tenant/landlord responsibilities and much more. A special guest presenter, Gerald Brennan, Esq. from Legal Services of Northwest New Jersey, will speak about Eviction.
In addition, program attendees will have the opportunity to opt for a FREE tri-merge credit report (a $35 value) after signing an authorization form. This is a soft pull and will not affect your credit score. You can also review it with a Counselor upon request.
