FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP WHITE-TAILED DEER CONTROL PROGRAM
2023-2024 HUNTING PERMIT APPLICATION (PUBLIC)
Franklin Township Council has approved the 2023-2024 hunting season for the purposes of deer management. As such, the Township has created an application package for the issuance of permits for hunting white-tailed deer on designated Franklin Township Open Space preserves and lands.
Once the application is received, processed and approved, a hunting permit, hunting button and parking pass will be issued.
Applications must be completed and returned by 4:00pm on Friday, August 14, 2023 via one of the following methods:

In order to be considered complete, the following must be included in each submitted application:
□ Completed Hunting Permit Application (due Friday, August 14, 2023 by 4PM)
□ Signed Acknowledgement of Franklin Township’s Deer Management Program’s Rules and Regulations
□ Signed “Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement”
□ Copy of a valid New Jersey hunting license
□ Copy of Liability Insurance (minimum of one million dollars, naming the Township of Franklin as “additional insured”)
