During the October 10th Township Council Meeting, a ceremonial check will be presented by Assemblyman Joe Danielsen. In support of strengthening youth programming the Franklin Youth Center and the Somerset County Action Program have been jointly awarded $1.5 million in State funding secured by Assemblyman Joe Danielsen.
