Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) is a HUD certified housing counseling agency and we are offering a FREE 2- day Virtual Homebuyer Webinar on November 14 and November 16, 2023 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This webinar provides a detailed overview of the homebuying process. Attendees MUST register and attend both days to receive a certificate. The certificate important because for many down payment & closing cost grants require a homebuyer education certificate from a HUD certified agency, as well as many lenders require this type of certificate from first time homebuyers an and it can help with obtaining a low interest rate.
