R.A.D. Systems is a basic self-defense program for women only. Nationally recognized in the U.S. and Canada, R.A.D. is the only self-defense program ever endorsed by the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA), National Academy of Defense Education, the National Self- Defense Institute (NSDI) and Redman Training Gear.  R.A.D. is the only existing program with a lifetime return policy.   

If you have a daughter going to college or looking for a basic self-defense program to attend with friends or family this is the program for you.  The minimum age for the class is 16 years old.  

The classes will be held at the Community/Senior Center, 505 DeMott Lane, from 6pm to 8pm on the following dates: 

Tuesday, April 9, 2024, Thursday, April 11, 2024

Tuesday, April 16, 2024, Thursday, April 18, 2024

Must attend all classes for certification.  

Please wear comfortable gym attire for the duration of the classes.
