Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) is a HUD certified housing counseling agency and we are offering a FREE 2-day Virtual Homebuyer Webinar on September 9 and September 11, 2024 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This webinar provides a detailed overview of the homebuying process. Attendees MUST register and attend both days in order to receive a certificate. The certificate is important because many downpayment & closing cost grants require a homebuyer education certificate from a HUD certified agency, as well as many lenders require this type of certificate from first time homebuyers and it can help with obtaining a low interest rate. Presenters are industry professionals and topics to be covered include Money Management, Credit, Fair Housing, Obtaining a Mortgage, The Important of a Real Estate Attorney, Homeowner's Insurance, Downpayment & Closing cost Grants, the State of NJ Very Low/Low/Moderate Income Program and more.
