Central Jersey Housing Resources Center (CJHRC)is a HUD certified housing counseling agency in Somerset County and we are offering a FREE 2-day Virtual Homebuyer Webinar on June 25 and June 27 2024 from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This webinar provides a detailed overview of the homebuying process. Attendees MUST register and attend both days in order to receive a certificate. The certificate is important because many downpayment & closing grants require a homebuyer education certificate from a HUD certified agency, a well as many lenders require this type of certificate from first time homebuyers and it can help with obtaining a low interest rate. Presenter are industry professionals and topics to be covered include Money management, Credit, Fair Housing, Obtaining a Mortgage, The Importance of a real Estate Attorney, Homeowner's Insurance, Downpayment & Closing cost Grants, The State of NJ Very Low/Low/Moderate Income Program and more.
