Commissioner Director Robinson will also be recognizing two locals for their contributions to remembrance in Somerset County: Kevin Chapman, a Hobbstown native, and United States Colored Troops reenactor and Davie Lyn Jones-Evans, a Somerville teacher and winner of a 2024 Somerset County History Award.
