November 19 and November 21, 2024, from 5:30 pm to 8:15 pm.
This webinar will review details of the home buying process. All attendees MUST register and attend both days in order to receive a certificate.
The certificate is important because many down payment & closing cost grants require a home buyer education certificate from a HUD certified agency, as well as many lenders require this type of certificate from first time home buyers, and it can help with obtaining a low interest rate.
