Equal Opportunity Support Services will be presenting on services they provide including Transition to Adulthood, Support Coordination, Support Brokerage, and Transition Services. Parents will have the opportunity to learn more about the DDD process including applying for services and programs available to young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. There will be an opportunity for questions following the presentation.
