Township of Franklin officials and Vision Internet invite residents and students to an interactive exchange on features, services and community engagement benefits of the Township’s new website, www.franklintwpnj.org. Meeting is open to all, but pre-registration is encouraged by clicking the link above. The session will conclude with an open forum for ideas on the future of online services in Franklin Township. Refreshments will be served!
Launched in January 2014, the new site combines cutting edge web technologies from the government website experts at Vision Internet, with brand new beautiful graphics and cultivated information to provide residents, business and visitors new ways to interact with the Township. It is the first major overhaul of the Township's website in many years, and offers features that help people find information faster and easier. Residents are invited to bring their iPads, tablets and laptop computers for a hands-on guided tour of all the site has to offer. Special focus will be placed on educating Township youth to the role of technology in government, and their responsibilities and opportunities as citizens in the Information Age.
