Planning Board Meeting

Somerset, New Jersey 08873 - Introduction: The Board is a quasi-judicial body and its procedures are similar to those used in a courtroom. The chairperson conducts the meeting as a judge might and the Board is comparable to a jury that votes to make a final decision. Each application is reviewed in accordance with MLUL procedures.

The ONYX application (PLN-22-00017) will NOT be heard on Wednesday July 10. Instead, the hearing on ONYX has been carried to Wednesday September 4, 2024 at 7:30pm at the Franklin Township Board of Education Campus at 2301 Route 27, Somerset, NJ.
The Planning Board’s 7/10 meeting, however, will proceed at the Franklin Township Municipal Building at 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset, NJ at which time the Board will hear the application for Macedonia Church of God in Christ (PLN-21-00022).
