  • Introduction: The Board is a quasi-judicial body and its procedures are similar to those used in a courtroom. The chairperson conducts the meeting as a judge might and the Board is comparable to a jury that votes to make a final decision. Each application is reviewed in accordance with MLUL procedures.

Formal Action will be taken at these meetings.  The Remote Meetings will be held through WebEx in audio and video capacity and the public shall have the opportunity to participate in that capacity as well as through a telephonic conference line to allow members of the public to dial in by telephone to listen and provide public comment pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:39-1.4(c) by the following link or calling into the following telephone number:

 **** The two applications below are to be reviewed for approval by the Minor Subdivision Committee of the Planning Board.  The Minor Subdivision Committee will convene at 6:30 pm and their may be observed using the webex link or call-in # indicated above.  Please note that no public notice was required and no public comment will be solicited ****

An application for minor subdivision that does not require variance relief from the requirements of Chapter 112 and that is not accompanied by another application (e.g., site plan application) shall be reviewed by the Minor Subdivision Committee and the applicant shall not be required to provide public notice. Approval by the Minor Subdivision Committee shall be deemed to be final approval. The Minor Subdivision Committee shall subsequently report the results of their review to the Planning Board.
